    We're a small team of professionals with over 20 years of experience in the large-format printing industry. We mainly specialize in providing marketing collaterals for either indoor or outdoor uses. Think clear-cut stickers or billboards. You might've even seen some of our work already along busy roads!   • What does Largeformatix print?
    If you missed the Products and Services from our menu and want browse directly instead, here you go! Basically, we can print and provide for the following: Tarpaulins Stickers Sintraboard (foamboards) Photopaper Backlit Film We can also provide stands and displays to complement our beautiful prints for events, exhibitions and other kinds of advertising. (You'd also get a better rate buying a stand and print together) Unfortunately, that means we don't print other popular mediums like shirts, brochures and business cards.
  • Do you have an office? Where are you located?
    Yes, we do have an office! Our complete address is at 943 Epifanio de los Santos Ave (EDSA), Quezon City, 1104 Metro Manila. We are located just across Trinoma Landmark and very near the North Avenue MRT Station. While we do have parking, it does get occupied most of the time, so we recommend you give us call for any concern you might have. Here's a map to help you find us better!
  • Why aren’t prices posted anywhere on your website?
    Mainly since our prints aren't limited by a fixed size. We can provide prints of all sizes: large, small and those in between. With such flexible sizing options, we figured our pricing should follow suit. The other big reason is we are mainly a service provider. Aside from printing, we provide the whole package in layouting, delivery (if opted), installation and after-sales! Thus, our prints would only really be a portion of the price. If you're curious about the price, feel free to reach out through one of the many options and ask for a hassle-free quote in less than 30 minutes!
  • How can I ask for a price quote?
    That's easy! Just let us know what you want printed and in what sizes and we'll send you back a quote in less than 30 minutes. There are many ways to reach us to send that message.   • How can I place an order?
    If our quote is to your liking, you can confirm with us to proceed with your order. Our associates would coordinate with you to ensure a smooth transaction. They might ask about the art you've sent or any finishing touches you'd want to add. At this point, they'll also provide an estimate timeline on when your order would finish. Once ready, your order can be picked-up or delivered through a 3rd party service.
  • How can I pay for my order?
    Thanks for trusting us with your printing needs! We accept the following methods: Upfront payment with either cash or online payment. 50% down payment after order is placed then remaining 50% upon pickup or delivery. For online payments we accept GCash and online bank transfers (Chinabank and BDO)
  • Do you accept rush orders?
    Yes! Sometimes life happens and we want to be able to support our clients the best we can. However, we don't want to make promises that we can't keep. For rush orders, please coordinate with our associates as much as possible and let them know that it is a rush order. Our associates will assess the feasibility of the order, depending on the actual orders and time left.
  • Can I return my order?
    We're sorry to hear that. We take accountability very seriously in Largeformatix. While we do allow for returns/replacements, we would have to carefully assess the situation to warrant the replacement. Please reach out to us if you have any concerns.
  • Can I refund my order?
    We're sorry to hear that. We would appreciate it if you could contact us to tell us more about your experience, but as most of our business is a service it would be difficult for us to issue a refund. We would gladly offer a replacement however for damaged or misappropriated products we have delivered. Please contact us if you have any concerns.
  • Do you have other sample photos aside from the ones posted in your website?
    Yes! We have more photo samples for you to browse through for all of our products and services. Just connect with our associates for them assist you. In most cases however, we're more than happy to print out a sample of your own creative.
  • Can I ask for a physical sample instead of just photos for an order?
    Also yes! We'd be happy to provide actual physical samples to reassure you of our quality. Request a sample from our associates so we can prepare it for proofing. You can either view it in person or have it delivered to you through 3rd party services.
  • I don't have my own creative. Can I still have something printed?
    Yes! As long as you've got the idea for your final product, our artists can help visualize it for you. We'd also be happy to directly print files sourced from other places.
  • Can I still make changes to my creative after placing an order?
    Yes, as long as it has not been printed. You're free to make as many changes as need or coordinate with our artists to make those changes for you. Major changes to the creative would mean delaying the timeline of when the creative gets printed and prepared for pickup. Coordinate with our associates for any changes you wish to reflect in the creative.
